6/23    Ron Winter—Ron's topic:  the increasing nationwide problem of children of the elderly seeking to capture the senior's life savings by inappropriately putting the senior in a nursing home.  Ron's book is called "Granny Snatching."

7/7    Chuck Gross:  Chuck Gross, Travel Sales Manager of AAA Connecticut Motor Club and former Operations Manager & Radio Personality with WELI Radio, will discuss popular travel destinations for 2010  and the state of the travel industry and discuss the availability of good travel deals in the wake of tight budgets and economic uncertainty.

 

7/14    Cool-down tools -- putting the freeze on hot tempers and hot topics; helping feisty families adapt and manage more productively. She teaches and practices public speaking and speech coaching in arts therapy, drama education, movement, and communication. As an artist-in-residence with the Eugene O'Neill Theatre, Education Director of TAPCO, then as President and founder of Bright Solutions, Inc., (educational consulting firms) she provides services to schools and corporations and transmits life skills (such as listening, cooperation, following directions, problem solving and public speaking?.
